Our services have been the culmination of lessons learned for over 40 years. This includes the challenges and frustrations, successes and failures, of working for large corporations and owning our small businesses.
But most importantly, we’ve built a reputation of trust, quality and excellence with dozens of clients since 2018. We’re a partner with our clients to achieve their goals.
After achieving a BS in Economics and MBA, Len started his professional career in finance at American Airlines, ultimately managing a $150MM subsidiary. From there, he held senior leadership roles in planning and operations with other Fortune 500 companies such as John Deere, Cisco Systems and American Express. These roles were filled with many successes and lessons learned along the way.
Len’s entrepreneurial spirit was finally realized when he joined the ownership team of a small mobility dealership as CFO and later COO. There he led the growth of the business from one to ten locations in four states quickly becoming one of the leading mobility dealers in the United States. This growth was driven by their customer-focused strategy to provide exceptional service and selection to customers to help them gain their independence. Additional growth was fueled by several acquisitions during a period of rapid consolidation in the industry. The plan was to sell the business in ten years but in year eight, they sold it to a private-equity company.
Since then, following his passion for helping small business owners, he started Norten Consulting and has worked with dozens of clients helping them improve their results. Len has also been an Adjunct Professor teaching business courses at a local college and served on several nonprofit boards.
